Although the product is great, the communication was awful. After getting the initial order received email there was absolutely no follow up on the extremely slow shipping time. I attempted a live chat and received only automated responses and the chat was ended while I was in the middle of typing a response. I do not plan on ordering again.

Great overall experience in navigation and checkout, but zappos.com is still WAY better with photos, videos of their products. Also, baynote.com or similar to help people buy more showing "Similar products" or people that bought this racket, also bought these items...

Tennis express warranty was no help after my adidas tennis shoes Canvas cracked on both shoes after playing appropriately 8 times. Tennis express warranty manger David Trummer recommend reaching out to Adidas directly.

Placed an order for string on the 7th for 2 day shipping. It is now the 13th and cannot find out when it will ship. Emailed and called and cannot get an answer.

Unfortunately the experience was not good, I place the order on August 25 with delivery on August 27, I needed the maximum delivery on September 5, the order arrived on September 8, I had to go buy it at a store that had the product and when the order arrived I had to return it

Awful customer service. No one responds to emails, phone calls you’re on hold for 45+ minutes… will not purchase from here again.

I ordered a string tennis racket on sept 3 and it still has not shipped. I have contacted tennis express several times and I just keep getting a run around.
